The Resilience Hub is a digital solution for resilience training based on the ICAO's (International Civil Aviation Organization) core competencies. It allows for proactive, self-directed learning and enables pilots to take charge of, measure, and grow professional, personal and career resilience.

Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) focuses on several key competencies (e.g. application of knowledge, communication, etc.) which enable pilots to show resilience in an infinite number of situations.

According to The Pilot Training Task Force of IATA and Airbus, pilots and flight crews can build resilience by dealing with threats through their professional competencies and using their personal confidence as a effective 'countermeasures'.
