Retirement (Pension)
Starr provides eligible employees with a defined benefit plan at no cost. Vested employees can receive a monthly income upon retirement.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability

Short-Term Disability with salary continuation is provided at no cost to employees. Long-Term Disability coverage is an employee paid benefit with a high and low option.

Student Loan Match Repayment
Starr provides eligible employees with a cash benefit directly towards their student loan. 
Voluntary Health Benefits
